Wall sandwich panels with a mineral wool core consist of two steel sheet claddings:

• external full,
• internal perforated - 30% linear perforation and the construction and insulation core.

The panel linings are made of 0.5 mm thick steel sheet and are covered with metallic and organic coatings. The core of the panel is made of mineral wool with a density of 120 kg / m3. Acoustic wall panels with a covering width of 1150 mm allow for simple and quick assembly to various types of structures with the use of appropriate pass-through fasteners.

Properly designed and profiled pi-groove locks ensure very good tightness and fire resistance.

Due to the high sound absorption parameters, PWS-WA panels can be used as acoustic partitions in accordance with - acoustic parameters are given in the ACOUSTICS section in the sandwich panels catalog.

Transport recommendations

Recommended means of transport for sandwich panels:

a truck (tractor + semi-trailer with a length not shorter than the length of the loaded plates) with a semi-trailer open or allowing side loading on both sides along its entire length, the weight of the load must not exceed the maximum load capacity of the set, transport belts should be placed on the load at a distance max. every 3 m, but not less than 2 belts for one package - the tension of the belt against it may cause deformation of the panels.

Storage recommendations

Sandwich panels should be stored in packages (posts), it is allowed to store up to two packages one on top of the other. The table below shows the max. number of panels that can be placed in one package.

It is recommended to store the boards on a flat surface (square, hall) on polystyrene joists or sleepers, which must be spaced at most every 2.5 m (for boards with a total length of up to 2.5 m, at least 3 underlays should be used). The boards should be stored in closed, but airy rooms at normal temperature, away from acid, fertilizers, salt and other corrosive substances.

Maintenance and washing

External and internal cladding of panels should be cleaned with a liquid with an appropriate chemical composition, suited to a given coating, so as not to discolor the varnish coating. Damage to coatings resulting from assembly or movement should be protected and painted with touch-up paint.

The colors

The PRUSZYŃSKI company guarantees that each order will be carried out in the same color (shade). However, due to the complexity of the coating process, there may be differences in shade between individual deliveries. The responsibility for the color is therefore limited to one delivery only. Therefore, in the case of ordering sheets to a specific batch, please indicate on the order or inform the Merchant that it is a continuation of the order and delivery of a color sample.
