IZOLBET ZP cM12 cement flooring mortar is intended for making cementitious undercoat using a traditional method, which is not subject to abrasion under various types of lining layers inside and outside buildings, with a layer thickness of 25mm. It can be used as a primer in dry rooms in residential, public and other buildings, if the technical parameters of the IZOLBET ZP-cM12 flooring mortar meet the operational and strength requirements required for these rooms.

Preparation and usage:

Mix with water to obtain a homogeneous mass in the proportion of 3.25 l of water per 25 kg of dry matter. The mortar can be used immediately after mixing and maintains its functional properties for 1 hour. After laying, the mortar is spread between directional strips with the help of patches guided by diagonal movements, collecting its excess. It is recommended to use vibrating patches. After 3-4 hours, the floor surface should be smeared and smoothed with floats. R evenly made floor thickness should not be less than 2.5 cm. Work in temperature between +5 C and +25 C. Protect fresh floor against excessive drying by spraying with water and covering with foil. Under favorable thermal conditions, the undercoat has sufficient load-bearing capacity for walking after 24 hours, and the required service load after 14 days.
Consumption: The average consumption of IZOLBET ZP-cM12 flooring mortar is about 100 kg (4 bags) per 1 m of floor screed at a layer thickness of 50 mm. Consumption may vary depending on the degree of unevenness of the substrate,
