The PAROC FPS 17 fire retardant board is a non-flammable stone wool insulation for fire protection of steel structures, a chimney, door and oven. Stone wool insulation has various fire protection properties, which are largely dependent on the density of the material, such as also the thickness of insulation used. In general, the higher the density, the longer the fire protection time. PAROC FPS 17 has a density of ~ 170kg / m3. The right product is selected based on the system requirements.
